When INS was fighting NC I clearly remember TRI comming to help them in big numbers including supercaps. The result was a failure cascade of both INS and TRI ceasing to exist and INS loosing any credibility they ever had in EVE. Back before that ...

According to RZR killboard, that apparently is in sync with all NC killboards, NC killed 184 ships and lost 116 with isk loss being somewhat equal (slightly in favour of NC). So killing carriers in expencive hacs and recons is not really rentable....
